A Heart for the World

We believe that love is not a sentiment, but a tangible expression of what God has done and is doing for us.  God has blessed us to become blessings to each other, not only in our own fellowship, but in our community, and in the world.  To that end we support a number of ministries in our area, throughout the US , and in other areas of the world.

Mission of the Month

Ashley Youmell, Campus Crusade for Christ

Ashley is finishing up her second year of college at Ohio University. She is majoring in Dance, working hard as a Resident Assistant and is very active in Campus Crusade for Christ.  She is co-leading a women’s bible study in her dorm, attending a bible study specifically for women who are leading bible studies, attending weekly worship meetings, and attending Campus Crusade retreats and conferences.
This summer, she has the opportunity to go on a summer mission trip with Campus Crusade to Ljubljana, Slovenia. There she will be going with a team of about 30 other students and staff members to help plant a campus ministry in one of Slovenia's four universities. Their  goal is to help plant a viable campus ministry just like the one at Ohio University at their nation’s largest university which is in Ljubljana.
