| Peter is probably the easiest person to identify with in the Bible. Who else in Scripture is as impulsive as Peter? Peter on his bad days bossed Jesus around and denied knowing him. And on his good days wrote two books of the Bible and, according to church history, was crucified upside down at his own request because he didn’t believe he was worthy of dying as Jesus did.
